As the Operations Manager at Strive, Toby Queen plays a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. Holding Series 7 and 63 licenses, Toby is committed to supporting Strive’s mission of providing high-quality financial and retirement planning.

Before joining Strive, Toby gained valuable experience in the financial services industry, developing a strong foundation in operational efficiency and client relations. With a detail-oriented approach, he focuses on streamlining processes and enhancing the client experience.

Outside of work, Toby is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching NFL football—especially cheering on the Atlanta Falcons—and following Braves baseball.
