In her current role, she is responsible for conducting comprehensive due diligence reviews on investment offerings. She ensures all solutions adhere to FINRA regulations and are structured to serve the best interests of investors. Her extensive operational knowledge is crucial to the successful underwriting, launch, and management of investment products throughout their lifecycle. Carol also serves the industry as a Certified Arbitrator for FINRA’s Dispute Resolution Division.
